- Die is a piece that wrap the tube during bending. Usually it is connected on the table through the wedge. In this way, the beginning position can fix on the bending axis. Thus we can calculate the angle formed between the starting and ending processes.
Design Steps of Bending Die:
-The outer diameter of the die is found.
-The die is given the general shape according to the characteristic of the curved pipe.
-According to the standards of the machine, the hole wedge and the fixed clamp die mounting place are opened.
-Mounting holes are opened to allow mounting of the die with the fixed clamp die.
